• Participants will learn the process of Downward Spiraling and how to intervene before it is too late.

• Participants will understand their view and how it affects the Foster Parents.

• Participants will review a current challenging family situation they have and develop a strategic plan of intervention to help the Foster Parent.

• Participants will walk away with a better understanding of the job of Foster Parenting.
