Inspired Vision’s Leadership Development Programs are intended for current or future leaders who are ready to seek their personal vision and act on it. We present a cyclical definition of leadership that incorporates vision, strategy, communication, organizational alignment, coaching and motivating subordinates, and implementation. We help current or future leaders to acquire and disseminate key skills on three levels: interpersonal, group, and organizational. Participants also have the opportunity to assess their current strengths and challenges as leaders, and to create a plan for future growth and development.
Inspired Vision consultants specialize in co-designing and rolling out programs. Our approach involves action learning through projects, presentation and immediate application of key business or teamwork skills, and real-time research and case studies. We often roll up our sleeves and work on projects together with employees where we can add value.
